Join Mel, a skilled and certified professional, for a Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) workshop — a gentle body-based practice designed to support stress relief and emotional balance. Through a series of simple exercises and stretches, TRE helps release deep muscular tension, calm the nervous system and promote overall well-being. This practice works with the body’s natural ability to recover from stress and does not require talking about or revisiting past traumatic experiences.

Our intention for this series is to work with the elements that also align with your chakras and body system; to energetically clear any blockages with sound; moving from the base (earth) all the way up to our crown (spirit).
