Join us for a 6-week Heels Foundations & Performance Course with the incredible Rosa Agius. This course is designed to help you build confidence in heels while developing strong foundations, technique, and performance skills.
Whether you’re new to heels or looking to refine your movement, this progressive course will guide you through the fundamentals and help you embody your style with confidence.
What to Expect
✨ Heels Foundations – posture, weight placement, walking technique, transitions, floor work, and musicality
✨ Progressive Choreography – new elements added each week to build a full routine
✨ Technique & Performance Coaching – develop control, confidence, and stage presence

6-Week Heels Foundations & Performance Course
This six-week heels course is designed to build confidence, technique, and performance quality from the ground up. Each week focuses on essential heels foundations including posture, weight placement, walking, transitions, floor work, and musicality.
Alongside technique training, students will learn a full choreography piece, with new choreography added each week so dancers can progressively build, refine, and embody the movement.
In the final week, the choreography will be filmed professionally, music-video style. Each student will receive a fully edited dance reel they can use for social media, portfolios, or personal keepsakes.
This course is perfect for dancers looking to develop strong heels technique, elevate their performance presence, and walk away with high-quality visual content not just a class, but a complete experience.

Mel is super excited to invite you to a sacred and nurturing afternoon of 'Releasing & Relaxing'.
Her intention for the afternoon is to use the final shedding 'Snake' energies to help you release anything you don't want to take through to the next 9 year cycle commencing with the 'Year of the Fire Horse'.
What to expect:
- Welcoming Cacao - beautiful intentional heart opening ceremonial cacao drink to initiate the ceremony
- Intro to Numerology - understand what is meant by a '9 year' and now being in a '1 year' along with the event being held on a '1 day'.
- Intro to Chinese Zodiac - gain insights in to the 'Year of the Snake' and as we move in to the 'Year of the Fire Horse'
- Journal - using the numerology and Chinese Zodiac energy we will Honour the past 9 year cycle; then through journalling 'shed' (Snake) everything that is remaining, that no longer serves us
- Release - through a fire ceremony we will release and burn all that we don't want to take in to this next 9 year cycle and 'Year of the Fire Horse'
- Relax - Melt in to a deep guided, releasing meditation with crystal sound bowls where I will support you in the energetic clearing whilst you are enveloped in a 'Sound Bath'
- Light Snacks - nourishing snacks to finish
Who am I?
Mel is your guide for the afternoon and is an intuitive Reiki Energy and Sound Aligner and Yoga Guide. I've been holding space for individuals and groups for 5 years, assisting in clearing and re-aligning energy to feel lighter and clearer.
