Liesl & Mel are over the moon to invite you to JOURNEY THROUGH THE ELEMENTS — a sacred journey to honour the elements; align your energy with your desires and nurture your soul.

Join us for 1 of the elements (events) or all of them. 

You'll receive:
❄ Information about the element and aligned chakra / body systems
❄ Melt in to a Deep Guided Meditation that will lead you into a 'Sound Bath'
❄ Element infused Soundscape with playlist, crystal sound bowls and more
❄ Energetic clearing and alignment (all whilst you are happily snoozing in the Sound Bath)
❄ Light snacks 

Our intention for this series is to work with the elements that also align with your chakras and body system; to energetically clear any blockages with sound; moving from the base (earth) all the way up to our crown (spirit). 

Whether you’ve joined us before or are new to our magic, this is your chance to enjoy 90 blissful minutes of sacred sound, gentle guidance, and deep energetic clearing and alignment, where the focus is solely on YOU!!! Enter the realm of the 'Woo Woo' or simply join us for some time for yourself, you're guaranteed to emerge a little more 'zen' ;-)

Time: 4:30pm to 6pm
Location: Onshore Fitness & Wellness Studio
Investment: $55 per event or all 5 events for $220 (works out to be $44 per event) 

What to bring:
❄ Cosy socks; yoga mat and your favourite pillow to get extra snug
❄ Journal and a pen to capture any insights
❄ Water
❄ An optional offering for the Altar (to absorb the frequencies and take them home with you) i.e. Crystals, Jewellery, etc
