PILATES & FASCIA RELEASE INSTRUCTOR
Fran’s life has always revolved around people. No matter what industry, it was not the product that inspired her but the people she came into contact with. When arriving in the US from Australia, she found myself in a unique situation where she could fill my days with whatever passion she chose, and gravitated toward health and fitness. It was a life changing and wondrous adventure. Hoping to share the journey with those that she meets now that she has returned to Australia to aspire to make a difference to their present and future living.
“I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 1997. Yet, I have been involved in sport and fitness since the age of 7. I have found my strengths lie in water and land group fitness teaching but could not ignore the calling to become a personal trainer. I strive to continue learning, developing and growing in all areas of mind, body and spirit. I began Pilates Mat twenty two years ago and have loved what it has done for my health and well being. Now I am teaching multiple disciplines and love to share the joy this work brings.
I find myself loving every type of group fitness class imaginable also hiking, pickleball, boogie boarding, and golf. I love anything Italian, traveling, cooking, family and friends. But, my true joy in life is to search out and find anyone willing to have a chat.” -

Dillon Bargero
YOGA BRO INSTRUCTOR
Dillon is a former professional boxer who brings intensity, discipline, and balance to everything he does. Beginning his fight career at just 19 years old, he went on to compete in 19 professional boxing matches across Australia. The gym quickly became more than a training ground, it became a way of life.
Years of competition shaped Dillon’s work ethic, resilience, and deep understanding of physical and mental performance. Today, while he still trains hard and maintains peak condition, his journey has expanded beyond the ring.
Dillon has embraced the yogic path, receiving his certificate for kundalini yoga practice to integrate mobility, breath work, and mindful movement into his training philosophy. This evolution allows him to offer a unique approach: high performance when it’s time to push, and intentional recovery when it’s time to reset.
Working full-time as a concreter while consistently training, Dillon embodies strength, endurance, and unstoppable energy. He understands the demands of physical work, real-world stress, and the importance of sustainable training.
With Dillon, you’ll be challenged when it counts and guided to slow down when your body needs it. Strength and surrender. Power and presence. The balance of both is where real progress happens.
