  • Mums & Bubs Pilates (0–5 Years)

    This relaxed and welcoming Pilates class is all about you, with your little one close by so you can keep an eye on them.

    Designed for mums returning to movement after pregnancy, the class focuses on gentle strength, core and pelvic floor support, posture, and overall wellbeing.

    Babies and children aged 0–5 are welcome to play, nap, or cuddle nearby while you move at your own pace. The instructor is there to guide and support mums on their recovery journey (not to babysit!), creating a calm, friendly space where everyone is welcome and nothing needs to be perfect.

  • Open Studio—your space, your workout, your time. Whether you want to stretch, strengthen, flow, or move freely, our studio is open for you to utilise the equipment and create your own workout experience.   • Walk 2 Run Club is all about movement, progress, and showing up for yourself your way. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or working toward running longer distances, this outdoor session is designed to help you build more kilometers in shorter periods of time.

    We meet at a designated location and move together, but you choose your pace. Walk with your girl, focus on your run, or challenge yourself to push a little further each session. There’s no pressure just support, motivation, and good energy.

    Come to improve endurance, set personal goals, or simply get your body moving.

    Welcome to a deeply restorative experience that merges the stillness of Yin Yoga.

    This unique practice is designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit into harmony ,offering space for rest, reflection, and inner renewal.

    In each session, you’ll be guided through gentle, long-held Yin poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body. These postures are supported with props to encourage complete surrender, stillness, and mindful presence.

    Every class concludes with a brief guided meditation to ground your awareness, deepen your breath, and leave you feeling centered, calm, and connected.
